Who we are
Safonova Couture is a bespoke bridal atelier in Tampa, Florida, run by Aleksandra Safonova. This page describes what the site collects, why, and who touches it along the way. For anything it leaves unclear, write to hello@safonovacouture.com.
What the enquiry form collects
The form on the order page asks for your name, email address, wedding date (or that you have none yet), city, budget range, a description of the gown you have in mind, and, if you care to share it, your Instagram handle. It exists for one purpose: so Aleksandra can reply with a price and a plan. Nothing on this site is collected for any other reason.
What happens to an enquiry
Your enquiry is delivered as email through Resend, the delivery service, to the atelier's inbox, and a short confirmation is sent back to you the same way. Nothing is written to a database and no copy is kept on the site itself. The enquiry lives on as ordinary email correspondence and is kept only as long as the conversation needs it. If you would like it deleted, one email is enough.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to understand how brides find and use it: which pages are read, roughly where visitors are from, and what kind of device they use. Google Analytics sets its own cookies in your browser; their names begin with _ga. We keep this data for 14 months and it never identifies you by name. How Google handles it is described in Google's privacy policy, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out entirely. The site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and stores no personal identifiers at all.
Advertising
The site uses the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads on Instagram and Facebook perform: it tells Meta which pages you visit and whether an enquiry was sent, so we can see which ads bring brides here. The pixel sets a cookie named _fbp and never sees what you type into the form. How Meta handles this data is described in Meta's privacy policy; you can limit it in your Meta ad preferences or opt out of interest-based advertising at aboutads.info.
Hosting and bot protection
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. The enquiry form is guarded by Cloudflare Turnstile, which tells humans apart from bots; when you submit the form, a verification request that includes your IP address goes to Cloudflare. How Cloudflare handles data is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
What we never do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with anyone beyond the services named above. There are no marketing lists and no newsletters, and nothing you write in the enquiry form is ever used for advertising.
Do Not Track
The site does not respond to the browser's Do Not Track signal. If you prefer not to be counted, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on above, the Meta opt-outs above, and blocking cookies in your browser all work.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date. There is no other announcement.
